Some elderly and ailing people are not able to perform the usual activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting and walking. Then there are Seniors who want to continue to live independently but require help with errands, light housekeeping, laundry and walking as exercise. Some seniors would love to have companionship because it helps to relieve stress and depression. With twenty-seven years of experience, I can vouch that there is much more to be done.
